TEAM APPROACH

Frontier Behavioral Health institutes a comprehensive model of recovery that focuses on counseling, medical services, case management (which deals with accessing and linking community resources like job assistance and housing to improve clients’ quality of life), and peer support services along with Medication Assisted Treatment.

MEDICALLY ASSISTED

Fontier Behavioral Health utilizes every tool available to ensure client success; including a medically assisted approach. The research backs this up: Various studies, including systematic reviews of addiction research, have found that medication-assisted treatment can cut the opioid dependence rates among addiction patients by half or more.

RESIDENTIAL

Frontier Behavioral Health believes in meeting each client where they are in their own recovery. At times, this may necessitate a higher level of care than can be provided by an outpatient clinic. Our residential program is designed to provide the care needed to reengage life without active substance abuse.

WHAT WE DO

Frontier Behavioral Health provides holistic treatment of addiction in a safe, supportive environment.

At Frontier Behavioral Health, we view addiction as a disease that creates genuine biological, psychological, social and spiritual problems for the individual. We also believe that, as in other health conditions, self-management, with mutual support, is very important in recovery from addiction. We are committed to helping you in every area of your life to improve your chances of full recovery.

WHAT WE OFFER

We provide practical & evidence based solutions!

According to the American Society of Addiction Medicine- “Recovery from addiction is best achieved through a combination of self-management, mutual support, and professional care provided by trained and certified professionals.” At Frontier, that is exactly what we seek to provide all clients.

Individual & Group Counseling

Substance abuse counselors provide a necessary support system for individuals recovering from drug and alcohol issues and other behavioral issues. By forming a relationship built on trust with their patients, counselors provide the support, resources, and judgement-free guidance that patients can utilize on their road to addiction recovery.

Peer Support & Coaching

Peer Support Specialists strive to empower individuals to achieve their hopes, dreams, and goals, and connect them with their personal recovery journey. A Peer Support Specialist is a person who has walked the path of recovery from addiction and is employed to assist others in their journeys of recovery.

Targeted Case Management

Case management can be described as a coordinated approach to the delivery of substance abuse, mental health, and social services, linking clients with appropriate services to address specific needs and achieve stated goals. Case management focuses on
the whole individual and comprehensive assessment, service planning, and service coordination to address multiple aspects of a client’s life.

Aftercare

Addiction treatment is not a process that ends after detoxification or an initial rehabilitation program. Taking measures to live a drug-free lifestyle is a long-term commitment. This process can include a wide variety of treatment options and supports. As part of the continuum of treatment, addiction rehab aftercare is an important part of overall recovery. Frontier Behavioral Health is committed to your long term success and recovery.
